Our service

At Sydney Central Therapies we offer a premium service above and beyond that of most other natural therapy clinics. We write treatment plans for all our new clients, which includes information about your issues and condition and how we propose to help you tackle them. There are almost always ways in which a client can help themselves and we are happy to offer advice on diet, posture, stretches, exercises, etc.

With our massages, we schedule extra time in between each treatment to ensure that our clients receive a full 60 minutes of treatment, rather than having the time it takes to get changed and deal with payment deducted from their hour.
